Our mission.

We make books and resources that honor God, uphold the authority of Scripture, and serve the Christian home and church. We want what we make to be thoughtful, beautiful, and worth keeping — works shaped with care, meant to be read slowly, returned to often, and perhaps handed down.

At the heart of Elstow Press is a settled conviction: Holy Scripture is the inerrant and sufficient Word of God, and every page we publish must bow to its authority. Our aim is not novelty, but faithfulness; not what is passing, but what is enduring. We seek to place into the hands of families and churches works that are sound in doctrine, rich in meaning, and made with a sense of wonder at the world God has made and the story He has told.

Each work is prayerfully written and carefully formed, that young hearts may be instructed, families strengthened, and the next generation grounded in Christ. By God’s grace, we hope our books may become quiet companions in the long work of discipleship — read at the table, carried to bed, remembered years later, and used in small ways to teach what is true, good, and worthy of love.

"He that hath Christ hath life."

— John Bunyan, Grace Abounding

Two children, a boy and a girl, are working together at a wooden table in a rustic room. The boy is stamping a piece of paper, and the girl is watching. There are papers, a book, an inkpad, and a stamp on the table. The room has a window, bookshelves, and a wall hanging in the background.
A man and a young boy looking at a vintage printing press in a cozy workshop. The press has a sheet of paper with the headline 'Elstow Press' visible. The workshop has wooden shelves with books and tools in the background.

By faith. Ever onward.
